Ruby red colour with violet nuances. Generous, persistent bouquet, with small red berries and cherry fruit nose. Round, persistent, greatly balanced palate.
Well twinned with on-the-spit, grilled red meats. Excellent with lean italian hors d’oeuvres. For the whole meal.
