Bright and softly straw coloured with greenish reflections; its fruity scent is a mixture of banana, peach, apricot and raspberry. Its harmonious taste is slightly acidulous, agreably fresh and it leaves in your mouth a light almonds flavour.
Excellent as aperitif, it is fantastic with fish meals simply cooked in mediterranean way.
