Ruby red colour with garnet highlights; violet and raspberry flavour married with the vanilla from the
oak and with the structure of the great piedmontese red wines: tasty, moderately tannie and redolent
of raspberry and redcurrant, excellent aftertaste with spicy hints.
Excellent with red meats, roast, game and strong cheeses.
